Eliza Littrell has a passion for movement and has been practicing and teaching yoga, dance, and fitness for over ten years. After moving to New York she received an MFA in Dance from Tisch School of the Arts and danced professionally with various modern dance companies, most notably Johannes Wieland. In addition to teaching many forms of dance, Eliza also teaches yoga, Pilates and water based fitness classes throughout Westchester and Putnam County. Megan Bascom
Megan Bascom is certified from the Kane School for Core Integration in New York and believes that Pilates is a form of exercise that everyone can and should do; it builds body awareness, mobility and stability while also toning the mind. She graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with BA in Dance where she concentrated in dance injury prevention. She is a Pilates mat instructor at the American Center for Dance & Fitness in NY, where she also teaches classes in ballet, modern dance and hip hop.  Megan also dances with the White Road Dance Media, a Brooklyn-based modern dance company, and continues her study of the body with Pilates.
