Our coaches are outstanding athletes and outstanding teachers.


What we look for in our coaches:
Many facilities hire instructors who are good athletes, but who don't have teaching experience -- and no experience specifically teaching youth sports.  At Greenwich 1-on-1, we only hire instructors who are both great athletes and great teachers.

 ...and they all undergo: 
  • a rigorous screening process
  • criminal background checks. 



Excellence both on and off the field

  
We really believe in the mind-body connection and support athletes' academic development.  Many of our coaches have strong academic backgrounds themselves, including masters degrees, and they go for additional coaching instruction and licenses. 
 


 

We look for coaches who will be positive role models for your young athletes.
