Catherine Lindroth

Cat Lindroth is an outstanding athlete: in addition to being a standout field hockey forward at Yale University, she also holds an impressive tenure as a softball player. She has played softball for 13 years where she participated on multiple travel teams. At Miss Porter's School, Cat started every game and as Team Captain, she led her team to win the Founders' League Championship. She has trained as a first baseman, catcher, and pitcher. When not coaching or doing training, Cat can normally be found smiling and purring around town trying to encourage young girls to try field hockey or softball. She is a great addition to Greenwich 1on1 and brings years of lessons and skills to the table.
