Alex Mroz 

Alex has been practicing martial arts since he was in his teens. He is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do issued by World Tae Kwon Do Federation in Seoul, South Korea. He has been training under World TKD Federation since 2000. Alex often competes at State Championships and two years ago he was placed second in sparring. Alex is a disciplined, hard working and well organized athlete with the ability to function calmly under pressure. He is skilled in motivating and interacting with children as well as adults. He demonstrates ability to communicate effectively at all levels, has passion for self defense and martial arts and would like to share it with others. Alex is also a licensed scuba diver and an expert skier.
 

 


 Rachel Koteen

Rachel Koteen has studied Tae Kwon Do for eight years, achieving the rank of second degree black belt. She began her study of Tae Kwon Do as an undergraduate at Wesleyan University and has since trained under Olympic athletes and world champions in the sport. Rachel competes regularly in competition and was the 2006 and 2007 Connecticut State Open silver medalist. In addition to Tae Kwon Do Rachel enjoys running, weight-training and Yoga.
