Our goal is to help you or your family enjoy playing sports more -- whether you are a beginner or recreational athlete who just wants to get out, have fun, and stay fit, or a competitive athlete who wants to push performance. We believe that with the right instruction in a small and fun, yet challenging, setting you will learn the skills and build the confidence you need to enjoy playing sports and achieve your own personal definition of athletic success. We have an incredibly talented, professional, team of dedicated coaches who are passionate about teaching their sport and who work with people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. When you master skills and build confidence, playing sports, or doing anything, just becomes more fun. That's what Greenwich 1on1 is all about!
Private, Semi Private and Small Group Training
At Greenwich 1on1, even if you are not training 1on1, we make sure each person gets plenty of individual attention. This is our specialty. Get a small group together and we will find you the perfect coach who will meet you at your home or local field. Programs tailored to your age, abilities, goals.
Sports & Sport Games Birthday Parties
Kids love sports parties and they're so easy to do when our coaches come to you. You provide the location and we will send one or more of our coaches, depending on the number of guests, to your event to keep the kids entertained for a whole 2 hours! (

Sports Themed Special Events
Sports themed special events are always fun and memorable Let us help you plan your next event. We will set up the sports and provide the equipment and coaches.
Other Sports Training and Related Services:
Live Game Analysis Our coaches can attend your child's game and thoroughly evaluate his or her performance. This allows us to see what truly happens when he/she is in a live and high-pressure situation. Encouragement and constructive criticism will be provided for player improvement.
NCAA Clearinghouse Requirements
Do you know what your high schooler needs academically to qualify for placement in an NCAA Division I or Division II college? We can help you navigate.
