All of our coaches are unique and offer different levels of skills and experience. However, we only select coaches who possess strong athletic backgrounds, solid teaching ability, and who demonstrate the ability and desire to motivate others to achieve their potential. They also have to be fun!

Elite Coaches - Outstanding current or former or current Division I, Semi-pro, or Pro athlete who has at least five years' teaching coaching experience and has worked extensively with kids. Many of our Elite instructors have coached premiere teams, worked at specialized or Olympic Development Camps, or have coached at the college level.
Master Coach - Former or current D1-DIII collegiate athlete who has at least two years' teaching and/or coaching experience, or a high level HS athlete who has coached at the HS level.
Coach - Former or current 4-year varsity high school athlete or some college level training and has at least one year of teaching/coaching experience.
Larger Groups, Parties and Sports Events: Please inquire.

Cancellation Policy (for reasons other than inclement weather:)
We understand things come up, kids get sick etc, but please make every effort to let us know in advance if you need to reschedule a lesson. Our coaches often adjust their schedules to accommodate you, so we just ask that you be respectful of their time. If you or your child is sick, you must call the main office (203) 344-9277 and/or the instructor by 9:00 a.m. the day of your lesson, otherwise the fee will be forfeited.
Lateness
Everyone’s time is important. We understand that in life there are sometimes delays that are out of our control and because of this, we allow a 10-minute grace period for both our start times and end times/pick-ups. Should the participant arrive more than 10-minutes late for a session or need to stay more than 10-minutes late, late fees may apply.
