In this intense, but fun, clinic organized by Greenwich 1on1 and led by Certified Atheltic Trainer, Keith Deyo, of The Edge Performance Training and Greenwich 1on1’s sport-specific coaches, you will learn how to improve your overall athletic fitness and performance by working on skills designed to improve your speed, agility, power, strength -- all with an eye toward injury prevention -- including core stabilization and balance, proper warm-up and stretching, footwork, eye-hand coordination, and explosiveness. The last day will feature unstructured game play to incorporate skills learned prior days.
The Details
Dates: Mon. –Thurs. 8/11-8/14 (rain makeup Friday, 8/15.)
Place: Eastern Middle School
Section A: 9:00 - 11:00
Section B: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Price: $70 per section per day, or $265 for all 4 days (an additional $10 off if you refer a friend ) Students are strongly encouraged to participate in all 4 four days as each day, we build on the prior day’s work.
Max 8 per coach. Take home materials provided so you can continue learning.
A bonus ...on the last day Certified Sports Nutritionist Dana White will provide tips to athletes and their parents on what/when to eat for optimal athletic performance.

The Coaches – you will train with fantastic team of male and female coaches,from a variety of sports, who were all top athletes.
Keith Deyo – Certified Athletic Trainer & Partner, The Edge Performance Training, head ATC for Joel Barlow High School, Redding, CT. He is a former two sport collegiate athlete who specializes in performance training for both the scholastic and elite athlete. LAT, ACT, CSCS.
Rob Jackson –fullback, offensive and defensive line Virginia Tech, wide receiver, tight end, fullback coach at Wake Forest, Yale admissions
Michael Lombardi – Catcher, Philadelphia Phillies, D1 Georgetown Hoyas - MVP, Big East All Conference
John Byrne – Olympic Development runner, National Champion distance Medley Relay Team 2007 U.S.A. Track & Field Club National Championship, Team Captain Seton Hall Cross Country and Track & Field Team.
Ashley Hill - D1 full scholarship Cross Country, Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field, Asst. Coach U. New Haven Women's Track team.
