Kim Neilsen was a JV and Varsity Cheerleader for football and basketball at Greenwich High School. Her impressive record includes three All-American (NCA and NECA) individual titles in 2001 and 2002 and all an all FCIAC title in 2002. She also holds first, second and third place titles in 5 man stunt. She also holds three FCIAC and one NECA team title. She won the Scholar Athlete award in 2002, and the "Big Red" Coaches Award for ovrerall talent and dedication in 2001. In addition to coaching cheerleading, Kim is currently working as a kindergarten teacher in the New Canaan Public School District while she pursues her MA in education. She has been an American Red Cross Safety Town Head teacher and a counselor, division head and assistant director of Camp Innis Arden in Old Greenwich. |
