MONDAYS
Pre-School Indoor Soccer
Soccer is an exciting sport combining team play and individual skills. In this class children learn and work on the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting through fun and exciting games such as traffic lights, bumper cars, stuck in the mud, sleeping giants, and soccer potato in a fun-filled, safe and constructive environment.
Ages 3-5 Mondays 1:30-2:15 $225 members/$235 non members 10 weeks
Wear comfortable clothes, sneakers and shin guards.

Skill Development Indoor Soccer
Indoor soccer is great for players who want to develop their individual skills and technical ability during the winter months. In addition to technical skill improvement, this class will focus on tactical understanding of the game, soccer intelligence, and decision making under pressure. Players learn through close interaction with experienced, professional coaches, instructional demonstrations, technical training, skill contests, drills and footwork training. Players will apply the skills and concepts learned as they play 5-on-5 games that are very fast paced.

Indoor Intro to Lacrosse for Boys and Girls
First developed by the American Indians, lacrosse is one of the hottest sports in the northeast and is increasingly played year-round. Come learn this exciting, fast-paced game with former lacrosse All Americans who will teach you all the fundamentals of catching, passing, cradling, scooping and then scrimmage at the end of each class. We will use tennis balls for indoor safety. We do not permit checking.

THURSDAYS
Get Ready for Spring Baseball
Shortstop and second baseman, Matt Salmon, and pitcher, Ian Rainey will get you ready to make big plays in the outdoor season by helping you improve your hitting, throwing and fielding skills in this indoor class. In addition to working on fundamentals, each class will culminate with exciting games such as home run derby, or wiffle ball (even college kids play wiffle!)
