Musical Theater Audition Workshop With NYC Vocal Coach Robert Marks

Maximum participants 12 per section

Each student must bring a song or two they’ve memorized, with the sheet music.
Parents are invited in for the final 30 minutes to hear the results and ask questions.
Class size is limited. Registration by credit card only.

Renowned vocal coach and director Robert Marks brings with him a lifetime of experience in musical theater. His encyclopedic knowledge of songs and shows allows him to guide performers at all levels of ability to become experts at presenting themselves at their best - whether it's for a school or community musical, a theater summer camp or pre-college program, or just to hone their performing skills.  His students have appeared all over the world in leading roles of major musicals and professional productions; now he brings his insightful guidance to Greenwich! The session will include tips on song selection, staging, dealing with accompanists, lyric interpretation, and preparing for “real world” theatre audition situations.
